Mid Town Urban Reno

The walls of this typical 17 foot wide detached Victorian home in downtown Toronto were removed to create an open concept living and bedroom space. The prevalent use of industrial materials like hot rolled and stainless steels are softened by the richness of dark stained wenge millwork, bamboo floors and glowing mica ceiling panels. The clean modern kitchen flows into a sculptural eating bar and is open to a cozy dining space that mixes an upholstered banquette and antique harvest table with sculptural chrome chairs.
